Shipping

Shipping occurs once a week via Registered Post. Please allow 10 - 15 business days for delivery. 

Autographs purchased in the same transaction as other items (t-shirts, masks) will be shipped separately in a registered post flat pack. 

Returns
Thanks for ordering from the Oz Comic-Con Autograph and Merchandise Store and we're sorry there was an issue or error with it. The Oz Comic-Con Autograph and Merchandise Store accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from an order's shipping date depending on the situation. We can only refund you at full retail price once the item is returned. All returns are subject to shipping fees unless an item is broken or damaged.

If We Made A Mistake
If we sent you the wrong size item, the wrong item, or if an item was damaged during shipment, sorry! (Accidents happen.)  Once we receive your item back to us, we'll send you out a replacement or refund your credit card for the full retail price, based on item availability and your preference.

If You Don't Like An Item
If we sent you the proper item, but you want to swap – say, for example, you realize red is not your colour, or you have ordered an incorrect size – you will need to cover mailing back to the Oz Comic-Con Autograph and Merchandise Store. Once your item is received, we'll either send you out a replacement or refund your credit card for the full retail price, based on item availability and your preference. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Either way, you have 30 days from you order's shipping date to let us know what you really want, and get the process started. Email us the details at info@ozcomiccon.com and don’t forget to add "RETURN" in the subject line along with your order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oz Comic-Con Store, PO Box 236, Frenchs Forest NSW 1640.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
